Saraya is operated by PT Saraya Nusantara Berkarya. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage information when you use the Saraya mobile application.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Saraya, we may collect information including your name, email address, phone number, profile information, business information, profile photo, business transaction records, course and module progress, quiz results, learning achievements, and learning activity.

When you create or access an account, authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication. Saraya supports email and password authentication and Google Sign-In.

Saraya does not store your account password in its Firestore database or local application storage.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to provide and operate Saraya, including to create and manage accounts, maintain user profiles, provide educational content and quizzes, save learning progress and achievements, provide business transaction-recording features, and maintain the functionality and security of the application.

Photos and Media

If you choose to upload a profile photo, Saraya may request access to photos or media on your device. The selected image may be uploaded and stored as part of your Saraya profile.

Third-Party Services

Saraya uses third-party services necessary to operate the application, including Google and Firebase services for authentication, database functionality, file storage, and Google Sign-In.

These service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

We use third-party infrastructure, including Firebase services, to store and process application data. We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through Saraya, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Sharing

We may share or process information with service providers where necessary to operate Saraya. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of our services or users.

We do not use your personal information for advertising based on the current functionality of Saraya.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can update certain profile information and delete individual transaction records within Saraya.
