Delete Your Saraya Account

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Saraya account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to sarayanusantara@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Saraya account.

Use a subject such as:

Saraya Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address associated with your Saraya account
• Whether you signed in using email/password or Google
• A statement that you would like your Saraya account deleted

We may ask for additional information necessary to verify that you own the account.

Never send us your password, Google authentication token, or other login credentials.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will process deletion of the account and personal data associated with it, which may include your account identity, profile information, business survey information, profile photo, learning progress and activity, quiz results and achievements, and business transaction records.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable agreements.

Request Deletion of Your Saraya Data

You can request deletion of specific personal information associated with your Saraya account without necessarily requesting deletion of your entire account.

Some information, such as individual business transaction records, can already be deleted directly through the relevant feature in the Saraya application.

For specific data deletion, email sarayanusantara@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Saraya Data Deletion Request and tell us what information you would like deleted and whether you want only specific data or your entire account deleted.

Never send your password or authentication tokens.

Processing Time

Account and data deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days after we have successfully verified the request. You will receive confirmation after your deletion request has been processed.
